The Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Ginnie Mae office is seeking contractor support for its Enterprise Project Management Office to strengthen project management operations and align business and technology planning and execution. The work focuses on strategic planning and operations support, IT governance optimization, Mortgage Servicing System PMO support, enterprise optimization, market response and resiliency, and surge mission support, with deliverables and performance standards described in the work statement. The effort is performance-based, to be performed at the contractor’s facility, and the solicitation materials identify a base period of 12 months with four 12-month option periods and contractor qualifications including CMMI Level III, PMP, and CSM Level III.
