The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to perform a one-time service to supply and install lead-based liners at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center Dental Clinic in Columbia, South Carolina. The contractor must furnish all labor, travel, equipment, and materials to cover a 101-square-foot wall area with lead-based liners, followed by the application of a Level 4 finish and complete debris cleanup. To meet technical requirements, the liners must feature a maximum vertical height of 7 feet and a lead thickness of 1/16 inch, conforming to ASTM C1396/C1396M specifications. The period of performance is not to exceed three months, with work scheduled during evening hours from 6:00 p.m. to midnight, Sunday through Friday.
