The Maine Army National Guard requires a qualified contractor to install and integrate government-furnished emergency response lighting and battery charging systems onto a Ford F-550 Vehicle Mounted Radiation Detection System operated by the 11th Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team. The contractor is responsible for mounting specified Whelen light assemblies and a Kussmaul battery tender with an auto-eject shore power connection, performing custom drilling and wiring routing, and completing functional testing. The work can be performed either at a government facility in Waterville, Maine, or at a contractor's facility located in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, or Massachusetts, with a period of performance not to exceed one week. Award will be determined using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation method, and quotes must be submitted via email to Thomas J. Ryan and Darlene Howes by September 16, 2026.
