The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Bliss, Texas is seeking sources for a Small Arms Weapons Simulation Training System to support the U.S. Army’s 5th Armored Brigade. The requirement is for Training as a Service, with the contractor providing all personnel, equipment, and materials to deliver advanced combat marksmanship and human performance training, including synthetic and live-fire converted weapons, a 220-degree training environment, collective and individual training, and a centralized performance database. The work is 100% on-site at McGregor Base Camp in Chaparral, New Mexico, with a firm-fixed-price contract approach, a base-year period, a 95% operational readiness requirement, and annual instructor training. This is a sources sought notice, and capability statements are due by June 4, 2026 at 9:00 AM MST, with an estimated performance period from July 15, 2026 to July 14, 2027.
