Coburn Gore LPOE Art in Architecture Project
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. General Services Administration Public Buildings Service is seeking a qualified artist for the Art in Architecture Project at the Coburn Gore Land Port of Entry in Maine. The selected contractor will collaborate with the agency to determine the installation site, medium, and design concept, ultimately producing and installing a custom piece of artwork that can include sculptures, murals, or illustrations. Rather than submitting new design concepts, candidates are evaluated on a qualifications basis utilizing their existing portfolios and past work on file with the GSA National Artist Registry. This opportunity is a total small business set-aside with an estimated contract budget ranging between $275,000 and $400,000, and inquiries can be directed to Molly Lewis at molly.lewis@gsa.gov or Emily Jackson at emily.jackson@gsa.gov.
