The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Philadelphia is seeking to procure vaneaxial fans to support the Department of Defense. Offers must deliver newly manufactured spares, as refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired materials are not acceptable for this requirement. Potential sources must be government-approved sources of supply, and any distributors of approved sources must submit an authorized distributor letter from the original equipment manufacturer at the time of proposal submittal. The procurement incorporates higher-level contract quality requirements under AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent, and a twelve-month warranty is required for the supplies.
