Petroleum Quality Analysis System - Enhanced (PQAS-E) Analytical Lab Equipment Upgrades

The Department of the Army is seeking information to identify vendors capable of restoring and modernizing the Petroleum Quality Analysis System-Enhanced (PQAS-E) at Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii. The required scope of work involves providing three critical replacement analytical subsystems: an OptiMPP Mini Pour Point Analyzer, an SLFA-60MI X-Ray Fluorescence Sulfur Analyzer, and a PQAS-T7 Automated Titration System, or equal brand-name products. Deliverables also encompass full installation, ISO 17025 standard calibration, operator familiarization, and necessary accessories, with all hardware designed to fit the physical, power, and software constraints of the existing mobile shelter.
