nTOP Software License

This Statement of Work outlines NASA Goddard Space Flight Center's (GSFC) requirement to procure nTop software named-user and Automate add-on license files. The procurement is critical to preventing development delays on time-sensitive projects that could otherwise risk schedule overruns, funding issues, or project cancellation. The contract specifies a one-year period of performance to be executed at NASA/GSFC.

NASA/NSSC has issued a sole source synopsis indicating its intent to award a contract to nTOPOLOGY LLC for nTOP Software. NASA/NSSC will serve as the procuring center, with contract performance occurring at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). The procurement is classified under NAICS code 513210 (Software Publishers) and will be conducted as a commercial item acquisition under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 and FAR 12.102(a). nTOPOLOGY LLC has been identified as the sole provider of the required software. Although the government intends to proceed on a sole-source basis, interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications in writing by 12:00 p.m. CST on July 22, 2026. The government will evaluate these submissions solely to determine whether the procurement should be competed. Oral communications are not permitted, and NASA FAR Supplement Clause 1852.215-84 regarding the Ombudsman is applicable to this acquisition.
