This Performance Work Statement outlines a non-personal services contract for Irregular Warfare (IW) and Counter Threat Finance (CTF) doctrine and training support. The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) is seeking sources for Irregular Warfare (IW) and Counter Threat Finance (CTF) support services, as outlined in Sources Sought H92239-26-R-E004. This is not a Request for Proposal but an effort to identify capable contractors. The selected contractor will provide trained professionals to develop IW/CTF doctrine and training products, adhering to Army and TRADOC regulations. The projected period of performance is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2031.
