Dike B Generator Installation, Mansfield Hollow Dam, Mansfield Center, CT

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a presolicitation notice for the installation of a new generator system at Dike B of the Mansfield Hollow Dam in Mansfield Center, Connecticut. The selected contractor must furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to construct a reinforced concrete generator pad, install secure perimeter fencing, procure and install a standalone propane-powered generator with a propane storage tank, and complete all final electrical connections to the existing sluice gate operator unit and control panel. The project must comply with all applicable federal, state, and municipal laws, and all work must be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work. This procurement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 238210, with the solicitation and associated documents expected to be available on SAM.gov on or about October 1, 2026.
