The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 22, is conducting a sources sought market research effort for a future acquisition of a RADFORMATION software subscription, BASE PLUS 4, at the Long Beach VA Healthcare System Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center. The requirement covers RADFORMATION radiotherapy evaluation software, including AutoContour, ChartCheck, ClearCalc, and ClearCheck, to support patient safety, treatment accuracy, and compliance with standards such as ASTRO’s APEx. The VA is seeking information on sources that can provide brand name or equivalent products that are new and supplied by an OEM or authorized dealer, and responses may help inform whether the acquisition is set aside for veteran-owned or small businesses.
