Notice of Intent to Increase Chinook Ceiling

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency intends to increase the maximum contract ceiling for the Chinook contract, number HM047624D0008, to support Department of War needs. The scope of work under this contract involves custom computer programming services to support known and projected engineering changes. The contemplated action will increase the ceiling from $86.4 million by $76.1 million to a new maximum of $162.5 million, with the place of performance located in Springfield, Virginia. The contract's ordering period ending on April 9, 2029, remains unchanged, and this action is being conducted on a sole-source basis.
