Medical ECAT Request for Information

The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, within the Department of Defense, is seeking information from small business manufacturing sources for medical and surgical supplies and equipment similar to the items listed in the attached sample catalog. The scope covers a broad range of medical materiel, including trauma care products, blood collection and transfusion sets, diagnostic tools, surgical instruments, and other general medical supplies. Vendors offering alternates must provide manufacturer data and a cross-reference showing interchangeability, features, capabilities, production capacity, and country of origin, and all offered items must be manufactured in Buy American Act-qualified countries and be FDA approved. Responses are limited to small business distributors and manufacturers, with a capability statement of no more than three pages that includes company and contact information and, for distributors, the same information for the manufacturing source. Submissions must be sent electronically and in writing to Hector.quinones@dla.mil by 3 PM EST on May 11, 2026.
