The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District, is soliciting proposals for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for geotechnical design, core drilling, and laboratory testing services. The contract aims to provide Architect-Engineer (A-E) services, including geotechnical drilling, analysis, and design, as well as preparation of contract documents and laboratory testing in support of civil works and military projects primarily within Florida and Georgia. The selected contractor will be awarded a contract with a one-year base period and options to extend for up to four additional years, with an estimated annual funding of $6 million and a maximum order limit of $30 million over the contract's life.
