The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, through FWS SAT Team 3, is seeking a firm-fixed-price purchase of an Illumina MiSeq i100 Plus DNA sequencer or equivalent for the Lamar NFH genetics lab. The requirement includes the sequencing machine itself, installation, and delivery to the Northeast Fishery Center in Lamar, Pennsylvania, with the product meeting specified technical characteristics for footprint, interface, chemistry compatibility, power, read length, read count, base call quality, and runtime. Pricing is to be FOB Destination, and the contractor is responsible for all delivery costs, unloading coordination, and installation labor and parts; award considerations include price, best value, acceptable specifications, and past performance.
