Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Key Solutions, Inc. - eProtocol and Lab Animal Resource System (LARS) Software

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole-source firm fixed-price purchase order to Key Solutions, Inc. for eProtocol and Lab Animal Resource System (LARS) software licenses. These licenses are crucial for managing the CDC's animal care program, supporting functions like animal procurement, record-keeping, data collection, reporting, and billing. The eProtocol module ensures Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) protocol compliance, while LARS streamlines animal requisition and daily management.
