iPerform X - Software Simulation

This procurement document outlines the requirements for an F-35 flight simulation training package. The United States Air Force intends to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price order to iPerformX for the procurement of its Mission XR simulation software. Managed by AFRL/711th, this AI-powered extended reality platform is designed to accelerate training for mission-ready pilots and operators through immersive, adaptive simulation environments. The planned contract features a 12-month period of performance, funded via FY36 - 3400. The procurement includes perpetual software licenses and services for head-slaved HMD simulation, HMD FLIR/NVG simulation, maintenance training, controls familiarization, emergency procedure training, F-35 simulation software, installation, and a one-year warranty. While this notice is not a competitive request, the Government invites responsible sources to submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations within six days of issuance to determine if a competitive procurement or small business set-aside is warranted.
