Key deliverables and tasks for the contractor include: - **Water Tank Connection & Bypass:** Installing inlet/outlet pipework, isolation ball valves, and a clearly labeled bypass system to allow direct municipal supply during maintenance. - **Filtration System:** Supplying and installing a three-stage industrial water filtration system (sediment pre-filter, activated carbon filter, and a fine polishing filter). - **Booster Pump System:** Installing two DAB Esybox Max booster pumps on a DAB Esytwin platform to provide variable flow capacity and redundancy, with electrical work performed by a registered electrician. - **Compliance & Standards:** Adhering to applicable South African National Standards (SANS), including SANS 10252-1 and SANS 10142-1, as well as local Tshwane municipal bylaws. - **Safety & Documentation:** Submitting a detailed, site-specific safety plan compliant with South African Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers standards.
