Sole Source to Raytheon | Upgrades for the Qatar FMS (Foreign Military Sales) PATRIOT (Phased Array Tracking Radar for Intercept on Target) Program

The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Huntsville, Alabama, is conducting market research to identify potential manufacturing and supply sources for upgrades to the Qatar Foreign Military Sales PATRIOT program. The required scope includes hardware, software, spares, documentation, and production-inherent services such as inspection, logistics support, program management, configuration management, and hazardous material management. Contractors must be capable of handling all aspects of the manufacturing and production process, including supply chain management, material forecasting, and obsolescence issues.
