The procurement aims to identify qualified contractors capable of providing Strength and Conditioning Coaches (SCCs) and Cognitive Performance Specialists (CPSs) who will be integrated into Brigade and Area Support Teams to enhance Soldier readiness and performance through injury prevention and performance optimization in military training environments. This initiative is crucial for maintaining the physical and mental readiness of Soldiers, ensuring they can meet the demands of their duties effectively. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for a five-year period, following the current Task Order W15QKN-24-F-0432 with Serco Inc.
