The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contract Office 20, is soliciting a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside for construction work to upgrade AHUs 18, 20, and 22 mechanical systems at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. The project calls for replacing the existing air handling units with new equipment and completing the associated mechanical, electrical, controls, and related building work, including DDC/BAS integration, fireproofing, and other supporting improvements. The work is organized into phased construction to limit disruption to patient care, with a 650-calendar-day period of performance after notice to proceed and a best-value evaluation that places technical approach and past performance ahead of price.
