The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting proposals to renovate and restore the Historic Theater Building No. 35 at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, Tennessee. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to complete a comprehensive restoration of the 24,876-square-foot brick-and-mortar facility, which includes select demolition, environmental hazard abatement for lead-based paint and asbestos, structural repairs, and complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression system upgrades. The project is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside, has an estimated construction value of $10,000,000 to $20,000,000, and must be completed within 545 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Proposals will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process, and offers must be submitted by July 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM CDT to Lara J.
