Virtual and Onsite Industry Day Announcement for Information Technology Delivery and Operations Support Services (ITDOSS) Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC)

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is hosting a Virtual and onsite Industry Day for Information Technology Delivery and Operations Support Services (ITDOSS). The virtual event will take place on August 6, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams, while onsite events are scheduled for August 13 at FLETC Glynco, Georgia, and August 20 at FLETC Artesia, New Mexico, both from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Each vendor is limited to two participants for onsite events, with no limit for the virtual session; pre-registration is mandatory. Interested vendors must register by emailing Lynda Bush, the Contracting Officer, by August 4, 2025. The purpose of this Industry Day is to discuss the forthcoming ITDOSS solicitation, allowing vendors to engage with program managers and submit advance questions. The appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code has yet to be determined. It is emphasized that this event is informational only and not a solicitation for proposals or contracts, and no expenses incurred by attendees will be covered by the government.
