The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is hosting virtual Industry Days to gather market research for a prospective enterprise solution for a centralized Enterprise Referral Care Coordination Center (RC3). The effort focuses on standardizing global appointing, referral management, and care coordination across the enterprise, while learning from industry about commercially available technology, best practices, and service approaches. DHA currently supports healthcare for more than 9.6 million beneficiaries worldwide through a fragmented network of over 110 contracts and call centers, and the event will include a brief government overview, open forums, feedback sessions, and possible one-on-one solution discussions via Microsoft Teams.
