This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirement for contractor-provided coach bus transportation services at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL), New Jersey. The contractor must supply four coach buses, with the capability to provide an additional four within 24 hours, operating 12 hours a day, 7 days a week for one year. Services include transporting military members between the Passenger Terminal, Deployment Transition Center, Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), Newark International Airport (EWR), and for morale outings to Center City Philadelphia, PA, and the American Dream Mall, NJ. The contractor is responsible for all labor, vehicles, fuel, maintenance, and management, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including NJDOT and FMCSA standards. Drivers must hold valid CDLs, pass background checks for base access, and maintain a professional demeanor. The Government will inspect and accept services, with performance evaluated via a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan.
