Description

Solicitation: VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF is seeking construction contractors and A/E design firms for the project # 528-22-128 PHARMACY USP800 Buffalo VAMC. The contractors are required to utilize the VISN 2 Autodesk Build Construction management platform, also known as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). This cloud-based platform is used by VISN 2 for all its Non-Recurring Maintenance (NRM), Minor Program projects, Feasibility Studies, Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning contracts. The contractor must request access to the ACC platform and complete the required training within specific timeframes. The ACC platform will serve as the official communication and collaboration system for the project, including submissions, correspondence, schedules, and safety inspections. Any failure to utilize the ACC platform may result in no additional time or increase in contract amount. The contractor must inform the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) of any staff changes and request termination of access if needed. Compliance with ACC platform requirements is necessary before work can begin.
