The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a market survey to identify contractors capable of designing and constructing stand-alone building structures at nine FAA Airport Traffic Control (ATCT) facilities located in the Northeast region of the United States. The project involves the design and construction of structures measuring either 15’ x 20’ or 20’ x 20’ to support Tower Simulation Systems, with specific locations including airports in New Hampshire, Maine, New York, Rhode Island, New Jersey, and Virginia. Interested contractors are invited to submit their qualifications, including relevant project experience and bonding capacity, by March 18, 2026, with an estimated cost per site ranging from $250,000 to $500,000.
