The Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Customs and Border Protection, through the Border Enforcement Contracting Division, is seeking canine kenneling and veterinary services on an as-needed basis in Charleston, South Carolina. The work supports care for one dog currently, with the number of dogs subject to change over the service period, and the contractor must provide a facility within 20 miles of the Port of Charleston. The requirement is a total small business set-aside and is intended to establish a single-award blanket purchase agreement for the five-year period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031. Award will be made on a best-value basis considering technical capability, past performance, and price, and offerors must submit the required SF18, price quote form, technical capability statement, and past performance information. Quotes are due by June 3, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. ET by email, and the BPA has a total purchase limitation of $350,000.
