The United States Coast Guard Recruiting Command is seeking to lease a retail facility in Jacksonville, Florida, to establish a new Coast Guard Recruiting Office Station. The required space must be between 3,000 and 3,500 rentable square feet, preferably located in a retail shopping strip, to accommodate 10 personnel. Essential technical criteria include space for a storage area and a kitchenette, a back door exit leading directly outside, parking spaces for two government vehicles, and a landlord registered with a Unique Entity ID in SAM.gov. The leased space must be available for occupancy no later than October 1, 2026.
