​Consol Tower Sterilizer​

The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) seeks to procure a Consol Tower Sterilizer, specifically a dual-chamber stackable autoclave, for Building 5. This Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order is driven by the need to replace an aging, high-usage unit, which is over 20 years old and frequently requires repairs. The new sterilizer must be a stackable unit to fit existing space constraints and configuration. Key requirements include specific chamber dimensions and materials, a hinged manual door, integrated control system with a 7-inch touchscreen and 50 programmable cycles, data monitoring capabilities via a thermal printer and USB, a high-vacuum sterilization system, water and energy efficiency features, and safety certifications (ASME U-1, UL, cUL). The order includes delivery within 90 days, turnkey installation (receiving, uncrating, setting, leveling, assembly, utility connections, start-up, user training, debris removal), and de-installation of the old unit. Payment will be a single lump sum.
