The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the Technology Acquisition Center NJ, is seeking an enterprise Software as a Service radiotherapy quality assurance system and repository to support the National Radiation Oncology Program. The procurement is intended to standardize, automate, and centralize QA data acquisition, analysis, and reporting across about 41 VA Radiation Oncology Centers, with vendor-agnostic integration to existing QA and radiotherapy equipment. The solution is expected to support monitoring of linear accelerators, imaging systems, and QA devices from multiple vendors while meeting federal and VA security requirements, including FedRAMP and VA Authority to Operate, and the draft performance work statement describes a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods.
