    Special Notice: DEPT OF DEFENSE - DEPT OF THE AIR FORCE intends to award a sole-source contract to Republic Services for refuse collection services at the missile alert facilities operated by Malmstrom AFB in Great Falls, MT. This service is used for housekeeping and trash/garbage collection. Republic Services is the only company in Montana that fulfills refuse services. The contract covers an area of responsibility of approximately 13k square miles. This is not a request for competitive offers, but all responsible sources may submit a quote for consideration. The government requires clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous. Responses are due by 1 December 2023.
