Prime Vendor MAC-IDIQ to Provide Material and Logistical Support to the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) Production Department Product Families

The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) seeks logistical support for sourcing and ordering maintenance and repair materials, parts, equipment, and services for U.S. Navy ships and SWRMC shops. This contract covers a one-year base period with four option years. The contractor, referred to as the “Prime Vendor,” must be located within 15 miles of Naval Base San Diego (NBSD) and provide support for various product families including Corrosion Control, Engine, Machine, and Combat Systems. Key responsibilities include obtaining quotes from multiple vendors, ensuring on-time delivery of materials, and providing crane services for shipboard operations. The Prime Vendor must also adhere to strict security requirements, mandatory training, and reporting obligations, including weekly status reports and bi-weekly ceiling usage charts. Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) statements and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are required, and the contractor is responsible for all necessary facilities, equipment, and safety compliance.
