Contract Opportunity Analysis
The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is seeking treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision through Blanket Purchase Agreements. The work includes substance use treatment and testing, substance use assessments and counseling, and mental health treatment across locations within the Eastern District of Texas, including Sherman, Texas. The agreement period runs from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with a possible four-year unilateral extension, and offerors must be able to serve within the catchment area, use qualified professionals, and offer pricing at or below their most favored customer for comparable services.
