Grease Tank Pumping
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service is seeking quotes for quarterly dining hall grease trap pumping services at the Angell Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center in Yachats, Oregon. The contractor will be responsible for pumping and removing waste from an underground 2,000-gallon concrete grease trap and performing a direct dry application of two 50-pound bags of standard hydrated lime per service. Work must be performed during standard business hours, and the contractor must remain fully self-sufficient as no on-site water or utility access is available. The resulting firm-fixed-price contract will feature a one-year base period starting October 9, 2026, and four consecutive one-year option periods, with award determined by the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quote. This total small business set-aside opportunity requires all final quotations to be submitted to Contracting Officer Nicole Green at nicole.green2@usda.gov by September 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST.
