JACE - Supervisory Controller Upgrade and Installation

The Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Northwest, is seeking proposals for the upgrade and installation of a JACE Supervisory Controller. The selected contractor must perform electrical and system installation work to successfully deliver the supervisory controller upgrade at Silverdale, Washington. This procurement is set aside entirely for small businesses, and proposing companies are required to display their current contract number at the top of their proposals. Proposals will be evaluated based on a low-price methodology, with all pre-proposal inquiries (PPIs) handled through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
