Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Mechanical / HVAC Construction Work

The Architect of the Capitol is conducting market research to identify firms interested in an anticipated Single-Award Task Order Contract Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity for mechanical and HVAC construction, repair, alteration, and renovation services. The selected contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, project management, and safety services for various task orders, which may include building heating replacements, recording studio ventilation, and phased air handling modifications. This work will be performed at the Capitol Complex facilities in Washington, D.C., under an agreement featuring a one-year base period and nine one-year option periods.
