Rail Curves Package 3 for MOTCO, CA

The Department of Defense, specifically the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District, is seeking small business firms for the potential Rail Curves Package 3 project at the Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO) in California. The project involves the removal and replacement of approximately 2,500 linear feet of existing railroad curves, including repairs to ties, rails, turnouts, and rail crossings, with construction adhering to established engineering standards.
