The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center intends to procure a CryoDax 8 Low Temperature Chiller System thermal conditioning unit on a sole-source basis from Mydax, Inc. The contractor must construct a two-channel thermal conditioning unit to support environmental testing for small instrument investigations within an existing Planetary Environments Simulator vacuum chamber. Work will take place at the Planetary Environment Laboratory in Greenbelt, Maryland, with key requirements including two independent fluid loops ranging from -60 degrees Celsius to +100 degrees Celsius and remote automated ramp and soak controls.
