Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center, is seeking sources to manufacture and supply the Power Distribution-Reference Signal Group for the Patriot Air Defense System. This radar electronic assembly is used within the Patriot system to distribute power and reference signals critical for synchronization, timing, and radar subsystem operations. Because the government does not possess the level three technical data package for this assembly, interested contractors must demonstrate their capability to manufacture or supply the items using their own proprietary data, drawings, and past performance. Vendors must complete a detailed contractor questionnaire addressing their past performance, engineering staff qualifications, supply chain risk management, component obsolescence mitigation, and capability to support potential long-term IDIQ contract structures. Capability statements and completed questionnaires must be submitted via email to primary contact David Teicher by September 30, 2026.
