Intent to Sole Source

The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Knox is pursuing a sole-source contract for 4 BDE JCLC Ft Jackson to support U.S. Army Cadet Command with academic, leadership, and career-development programming for cadets. The contractor is expected to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, material, supervision, and personal services needed to deliver academic programs and career fields support, strengthen leadership and character development, encourage academic excellence, and increase interest in continued education and STEM careers. The scope includes 10 curriculum learning hours, instructors to guide groups of cadets, brief end-of-course assessments for each cadet, and staffing that includes at least 10 teachers and 20 upper-level college students; performance is planned for Fort Jackson, Bowie State University, and Camp Glory during 6-8 June 2026.
