Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather insights for its Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), Law Enforcement Systems and Analysis (LESA) Innovation Consulting Service. This RFI aims to support ERO's technological innovation and business modernization efforts. It is solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The government seeks to decrease award time, encourage competition, and refine evaluation techniques. The acquisition strategy is still in development, contemplating a five-year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract against GSA’s OASIS Plus.
