The U.S. Embassy Ankara in Türkiye, under the Department of State, anticipates issuing a solicitation for the acquisition of brand name or equal Apple iPhone smartphones. Deliverables must consist entirely of new, original Apple equipment, as refurbished, remanufactured, or grey-market products will not be accepted. To meet critical local requirements, all devices must be legally imported by Apple Türkiye, registered with the Turkish Information and Communication Technologies Authority, and covered by a minimum two-year Apple Türkiye manufacturer warranty. The Government plans to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible quoter offering the lowest-priced technically acceptable solution.
