The Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services is seeking a contractor for the drain and purge of Department of Defense equipment across the Continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. The selected contractor must completely remove fluids, batteries, and refrigerants from commercial and military vehicles and equipment, providing all necessary personnel, tools, and UN-approved DOT containers. Work will be executed under a firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity time-and-materials contract featuring a one-year base period and two one-year option periods. Evaluation will be conducted via a best-value tradeoff process where past performance is significantly more important than price.
