Russian Language and Logistics Services 2 (RLLS2)

NASA's Johnson Space Center is seeking to extend its contract with TechTrans International for Russian Language and Logistics Services 2 (RLLS2), which is critical for supporting the International Space Station (ISS) Program operations. The procurement involves providing translation, interpretation, and language training services, as well as managing international logistics and travel functions for ISS Program participants, particularly in relation to mixed-crew missions involving Russian and English languages. The current contract, valued at approximately $56.7 million, is set to be extended by an estimated $25 million, increasing the total contract value to $81.7 million, with the extension period lasting until at least September 30, 2028.
