AN OFFICIAL SOLICITATION IS ANTICIPATED IN DEC 2025 / JAN 2026 FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THIS REQUIREMENT IS ANTICIPATED TO BE UNRESTRICTED WITH NO SET-ASIDE. THIS IDIQ CONTRACT WILL BE FOR EPA REGIONS 4 & 5. EPA WILL SOLICIT RESERVING THE RIGHT TO ISSUE A SINGLE AWARD IDIQ OR A MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ. IF MULTIPLE AWARD, TASK ORDERS WILL BE ISSUED NON-COMPETITIVELY TO THE IDIQ AWARDEE OF THAT SPECIFIC REGION.
