Maryland Education Enterprise Consortium (MEEC) Microsoft EES

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Virginia, on behalf of the United States Naval Academy, is seeking information from qualified sources to provide an annual subscription of Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) software components from the Maryland Education Enterprise Consortium (MEEC). This is a sources sought notice for planning purposes, not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The anticipated contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Single Award under NAICS code 513210 – Software Publishers, with a delivery date of August 1, 2026. Interested parties must submit capability statements and/or estimates via email to Ms. Jordan Walton by 12:00 PM EST on March 11, 2026. Submissions should include company details, CAGE Code, business size, existing government contract vehicles, a capability statement with relevant past performance, questions/feedback on the draft PWS, and an indication of prime or subcontractor capability, including details on subcontracting percentages and small business set-aside compliance if applicable. The government will not pay for information submitted and will not respond to questions individually; updates will be posted.
