Whiteman AFB Hangar Audio Visual Component Replacement

The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 509th Contracting Squadron at Whiteman Air Force Base, has issued a sources sought notice to identify qualified small businesses to replace the existing inoperable audio/visual components within Hangar 52. The selected contractor must perform the decommissioning and removal of the legacy system and deliver a fully integrated modern system featuring high-definition projectors, motorized screens, pendant speakers, a wireless microphone suite, and an integrated master touchscreen control panel. Work must be conducted during regular weekday hours and requires strict adherence to military security, base access, and foreign object debris prevention standards. All installation, integration, testing, and clean-up must be completed at Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri no later than July 24, 2026.
