Whiteman AFB Hangar Audio Visual Component Replacement

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for a complete audio/visual (A/V) modernization at Hangar 52, Whiteman Air Force Base. The selected contractor will be responsible for the decommissioning and removal of the legacy A/V system, followed by the installation and integration of an upgraded system. Under this non-personal services contract, the contractor must provide all management, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to deliver a fully integrated system. Key technical requirements include installing high-definition projectors, motorized screens, pendant speakers, a wireless microphone suite, and an integrated master touchscreen control panel. The SOW provides a specific "or equal" component list, which includes items such as a CORE 5 controller, 7000-lumen laser projectors, and IP-enabled amplifiers. Contractor personnel must coordinate access requirements with the Whiteman AFB Point of Contact, obtain necessary base identification and vehicle passes, and adhere to military security and entry standards. All installation, integration, testing, and clean-up work must be performed during regular weekday working hours and completed no later than July 24, 2026. Prior to final government acceptance, the contractor must keep the work area free of foreign object debris (FOD) and successfully demonstrate the full functionality of the newly installed system.
