Establishment of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to support the H-1 aircraft

NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to issue a 5-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Safran Data Systems Inc. (Cage 1UAE7) for the evaluation, repair, and modification of various NIINs supporting the H-1 aircraft. This solicitation is a sole-source negotiation under FAR 6.302-1, as the government lacks the necessary data to perform these repairs. While not a competitive request, other responsible sources may submit capability statements within 15 days for consideration. Source approval is mandatory, and NAVSUP WSS will not delay the award pending new source approval.
