Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Health and Human Services Food and Drug Administration is procuring a fully functional, interoperable endoscope system for the Office of Science and Engineering Laboratories. The contractor must deliver an FDA-cleared video processor with an integrated LED light source, an FDA-cleared colonoscope, a 4K medical display measuring 32 inches or larger, and a mobile cart. All equipment must operate on standard U.S. power, include a one-year warranty, and be shipped FOB Destination to Silver Spring, Maryland, within six weeks of award. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a lowest priced technically acceptable basis. Quotes must be submitted via email to Contract Support Specialist Pamela Lee by September 16, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET, with questions due by September 14, 2026.
